01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilia ("jilia," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilia online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jilia.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.

These Terms should be read alongside jilia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

02Eligibility

To be eligible to use the jilia Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilia, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilia or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into this agreement.

jilia reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

03Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jilia account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilia uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jilia account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilia login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jilia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilia support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

jilia is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilia account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilia does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jilia aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. jilia reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must not fund your jilia account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or using funds obtained through illegal means. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on jilia in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

05Bonuses & Promotions

jilia offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available to all accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may have expiry dates — unused bonus funds will be forfeited after the stated expiry period;
• jilia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilia Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The house edge for each game type is determined by the game's mathematical design and is not manipulated by jilia.

By playing any game on jilia, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, depending on the game type;
• Past results do not influence future outcomes;
• jilia does not guarantee any winnings;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jilia reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance;
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer.

Specific game rules for each game type are available within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review the rules before wagering real money.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilia Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jilia support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilia staff or other players;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any other person to use your jilia account.

08Responsible Gaming

jilia provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits — Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session;
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the jilia Platform — including but not limited to the jilia name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any jilia trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jilia's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilia's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilia account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilia shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jilia's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God);
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilia's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11Privacy & Data

jilia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilia complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the Platform experience. jilia does not sell your personal data to third parties.

jilia may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12Termination & Suspension

jilia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilia reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked;
• Any pending bets or game rounds will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules;
• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigations;
• Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited if the account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

You may close your jilia account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilia, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilia customer support. jilia will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14Amendments to These Terms

jilia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilia will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
