RA 10173 Rights
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives every Filipino data subject meaningful control over their personal information. Here is what you are entitled to as a jilia player.

If you suffer damage as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully obtained personal data, you have the right to claim compensation from jilia under RA 10173.
If you believe jilia has violated your data privacy rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines through their official channels.
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing emails), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
jilia is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 21. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations.
jilia uses KYC verification procedures to confirm the age of all registered players. If jilia becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted in accordance with NPC guidelines, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method after verification.
